License: MI License (not accepting IMLC at this time)

100% Adult Outpatient
Practice Setting & Support: Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic. Previously a two-physician practice with NP assistance

Infusion center
On-site CBCs
Recruitment for a full-time physician is ongoing
