Entry-Level Real Estate Agent - High Commission Split, No Experience Required

Starting your real estate career can be challenging when you’re expected to figure everything out on your own. We’re looking for newly licensed and developing real estate agents who want training, mentorship, and a clear system for building their business from the beginning. You’ll learn the practical side of real estate, including how to create new opportunities, communicate with potential buyers and sellers, follow up consistently, schedule appointments, manage your pipeline, and develop relationships that can turn into future business. You’ll also receive hands-on coaching from experienced agents who are actively working in the business. The goal is to help you develop strong habits, improve client conversations, and understand the daily activities required to build consistent production. A
